Ten Wing Media store opens. You'll never believe what happens next.

Hey folks! Jason here. After some technical gymnastics, the Ten Wing Media store is now open for business. This page is where we will peddle our films and ebooks. Right off the bat, we're offering four of our films as digital downloads. They are:  Without Charity, The Drone, Beyond the Basement Door and The Seashell. In the upcoming phase 2, we will offer physical products for those interested. Take a look around. Anything we receive from these are turned right back around for future projects, so you're really doing us a solid.

Other news? VFX is still underway for Citizen in the Temple. There are just a lot of shots. The sound design has begun and the score is complete! I'm working on some other really cool stuff related to the film but I can't give out the details right now. Soon...soon... :)

I don't know if you saw my previous posts about participating in NaNoWriMo last November but I got that done and I'm moving into the revision phase. I've already spent one entire weekend hidden away at a Red Roof Inn, slaving over the insane stream of consciousness first draft. My project was transferring The Drone and teasing it out into a full length novel. It's been great fun so far, expanding the world and solidifying details about the planet Eolan. If you want a taste of the movie and hints to what the book is about, check out the trailer here

We're keeping busy and there will be a lot more to discuss soon. Chad has a very promising ebook on the horizon and Paul is getting ready to his the festival circuit with his doc. I'll get comments on their adventures and be back before you know it. Thanks for reading!

The Con Men ep. 2 - Con Alt Delete

Howdy con goers! Last weekend I, Jason Huls and Chad Burns hit up Con Alt Delete in Lisle, IL for our second episode of The Con Men. We'd like to say thanks again to everyone we interviewed and to the con staff who let us film there. We had an absolute blast and we're already looking forward to next year! Enjoy!

If you like what you see, we'd really appreciate it if you'd subscribe to our youtube channel, TenWingTV and maybe even give us a like on facebook? It makes us feel warm and fuzzy. Thanks!

Ten Wing Media Hits Con Alt Delete!

We are excited by the response we've gotten from our debut episode of The Con Men. We reached 1,000 views in just under two weeks. We are very pleased that people seem to get the tone that we are going for. Now we're excited to announce we're shooting our second episode at the first year of Con Alt Delete in Lisle, IL this weekend! If you'll be there, come say hi to us and if you'd like to be interviewed about your fandom experiences, we can hook you up. Here's the official site for the con.

We'll probably be dressed in something like this. The new gear my wife, Erin, hooked us up with!

Thanks for reading!

The Con Men ep. 1 - Windy Con 201

A recent endeavor that has kept us busy is a new web series called The Con Men. We attend conventions, we record interviews and present it to you for the low low price of free. The series explores fandom at conventions from the inside along with some personal reflections. Below is our first episode, recorded at Windy Con 40 in Lombard, IL. We've got plans to attend a couple more cons in the upcoming months and we're continuously refining our process. Take a look. We'd love to hear what you think. If you do watch, thanks for it.

Chad & That Mythbuster Guy pt. 2

Chad Burns of Ten Wing Media was selected to be a top 10 contestant in a nationwide search for Adam Savage's new intern. They want an inventor. They want an intern. They call it The Inventern. Now while Chad did not crack the top 3, I encourage you to take a look at what he built out of cardboard, a sharpie, tape...and a whole lotta love...
